Well, I respectfully disagree, it is akin to winning a 12B 6 motion to dismiss under the FRCP. A victory yes, but one that only demonstrates that you have stated a claim for relief. It has absolutely no bearing on the merits of the claim, and therefore the claim itself could still be meritless.
