A short history of impeachment!

Impeachment requires a majority vote of the House; conviction is more difficult, requiring a two-thirds vote by the Senate...."

=====So the House impeached or accused Clinton but the Senate acquitted him.

Bush Impeached and Convicted for High Crimes against the people of the United States of America. Yep, that works.
