Crude above $57 ($58 on deck) is keeping most out of the market as measured by what money is DOING in the small rydex sampling. Did you notice Rydex Biotech TA? Compare to 2000 top/ Biotech TA No sponsorship = Achievable BTK 600 + price target / Dave Kilty . ~ JT
