I remember 4 years ago jefferies sat on the ask on MANT for 2 months straight day after day,,,than they moved away and it went up 6 points in a few sessions...I really hardly look at level 2 anymore, just on day 1's mostly or if the action is curious in one I follow...all it ever used to do when I looked at it all day was make me want to make bad choices/daytrade.
