SO she was law enforcement working a case. Odd, no one mentioned that before... Umm, Peter, I know this is difficult for you to understand, but law enforcement is allowed to play by different rules. I know it doesn't seem fair, but there it is. "Does Maryland allow law enforcement agents to use wiretaps and tape conversations of their agents without the consent of suspected criminals?" With a proper warrant, they can. Else they cannot. Where was Tripp's warrant? Oh yeah, she wasn't law enforcement. I guess it seems hypocritical to expect people to follow the law. Peterland must be different.
