"Do you consider undermining our constitution, treason? Where one needs the consent of congress to declare war. Bush didn't get that.. And what do we have now?.. WAR.. You are not declaring war are you? We are not at war with any nation to my knowledge. Our military is deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan and various other locations in the world in an effort to support the existing governments in there efforts to establish security. There is some vague notion of war against terrorism, which I equate to the war on drugs type of rhetoric. It's more like a stance than an actual declaration of War.
