Doesn't refute what I said. If even so much as an AA gun was moved or installed in the No Fly Zones, US/UK airforce would take them out. And Kurds had been living in an autonomous area for several years after 1991. Saddam had virtually no control over that region. If any Islamic fundamentalists came into his territory, they would be imprisoned or killed by Saddam.
