"Please don't take this the wrong way, but, sir, don't tell me on what basis what I can and can not argue."

How did you miss this?? No apology necessary. I have very thick skin.

"Nothing in this is intended to limit the scope of your arguments. I would love to hear something new!"

"I think you missed my point anyway, which was really that you are still making an arbitrary decision as to the point where a fetus becomes a person with rights"

I prefer to call it a rational decision. This is in contrast to your stated belief that there is no point that can be proven scientifically--"or otherwise"--whatever the "otherwise" might refer to as an argument of "proof"?

"It is not logical to argue that the child can not have rights because they can not be separated from those of the mother or that they can't exist because they may conflict."

We are not talking about a child. We are talking about the several different entities termed zygotes, blastocysts, etc. It IS logical to argue that (for example) zygotes do not have rights. Rights NEVER conflict. Whenever you think they do you are denying the concept. It is true that people can lose their "right" to life by abusing the principle--but that is irrelevant to your assertion.

I have a right to pursue happiness. Does that mean I have a right to injure you? NO. That would mean that we were claiming rights which were merely pretentious. The law does NOT weigh conflicting rights. The law examines CLAIMS about rights and their violations. This is a difficult concept. It can be missed by accident or by intention...

A zygote is just a dimished form of a fetus. It has no nervous system or brain tissue. It is no different than a speck of dust except for what it might potentially BECOME. And even in the latter it is no different because a speck of dust might (and will) become many other things. As Lucretius said: "no single thing abides".
