I'm familar with the Fresno/Madera area for sure. If they can get their plant built they will have absolutely no problem getting material for making ethonol. The central valley, particularly Fresno, Madera, and in between is wide open, irrigated with cheap state water from the canal project put in place many years ago. The major products of the area are corn, cotton, alfalfa, wine/table grapes and fruit orcards as far as you can see...any of which are convertable into ethonol from spoilage, waste or not up to par for the market.
