there is a negative divergence in the RSI and price did not confirm the OBV. I think it was a sucker rally for the purpose of distribution. It looks like it's simply rallying into resistance from the feb 04 gap lower. It's a decent bet on the short side.

PS WRT VRTX: I don't chart 15 minute time frame.
