Kos Pulls a Durbin

RedState.org (all relevant links below)

While in full defense mode on Senator Dick Durbin's odious and indefensible statement,
Markos "Screw Them" Zuniga of Daily Kos fame crossed the line::

<<<

The torture that was so bad under Saddam, is equally bad under U.S. command.
And Dick Durbin had the balls to say it so on the Senate floor.
>>>

Rather than respond with a bevy of words, Rusty Shackleford answers Kos' smears with pictures. Zuniga has well earned the moniker of "moonbat".

In a similar vein, Donald Sensing provides a pictorial of how Nazi, Soviet and Khmer Rouge prison guards treated their subjects, and Rand Simberg has more on Cambodian interrogation techniques. If the Guantanamo detainees were truly treated like those in Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia and Cambodia under Pol Pot, they would've been dead years ago, with bullets in their heads and dumped in unmarked graves.

Both Dick Durbin and Markos Zuniga owe America an apology, and not words of regret or some weaselly half-ass "if my words offended anyone or were misunderstood, I apologize" apology. A real one.
