I cant connect Bush to the smearvets, huh? You lying scab.
The smearvets were run by the same PR and legal team which ran the McCain smear campaign for Bush in 2000. All GOP operatives. Some of them were caught and forced to resign from the smearvets, like Benjamin Ginsberg.

Nothing, and I mean nothing, goes on in a Bush campaign without Karl Rove controlling it. Rove's specialty is smear campaigns, dirty tricks and planting evidence to hurt the opponent. Anything to win. In every campaign, he wages either a smear campaign or a dirty tricks campaign. This is exactly what Lee Atwater did, his mentor who sobbed and made a deathbed confession, begging for forgiveness for all the people he'd hurt in his career. Robe may end up like that too, with his gay lover at his side.

Mr. Perry of Perry Homes in Houston was the main funder of the smearvets. Perry is a long-time rightwing GOP activist funder. Now we see that the Delay Foundation paid Perry $6,000,000 after the election, supposedly the price of a construction contract, though no building has been built. But it's really payback. Money laundering using corporate donations to a Foundation which is supposed to be helping needy kids. And of course Delay is connected with Bush-Rove.

If you are going to lie to the thread and pretend Bush-Rove were not directly responsible for the smearvets campaign, then you are a very naive person who has no business commenting on political threads. Politics is dirty business, especially in Texas and Louisiana.

What are we supposed to believe, that John O'Neill and a few redneck vets cooked the whole thing up themselves? No, they were just frontmen, deliberately lying, probably paid for it, discount homes from Perry in Thurlow's case anyway, making a lot of money off suckers like you who probably bought their scabrous book, and Bush-Rove-DElay kept out of the spotlight.
