Thanks for the invitation to post my objections . I know nothing about the fraud claims and thats why I left it alone. I do know this though, for years I have been reading QCOM's releases and of late they have added a dis-claimer at the end of all announcments. Why have they chose to do this ? With 200 phones in LA and 300 in Trenton (Trenton is called a friendly user trial ) I wonder what QCOM is going to do with the 3,000,000 phones that they are going to produce. By being the sole producer they are going to demand big bucks for them and will the PCS suppliers be willing to pay these big dollars and then lower the price to users to put them on their systems therfore subsidizing the market as the GSM/TDMA suppliers have done. I have heard that QCOM will not provide the chips to others and thats why no one else is making hand sets. Maybe thats why Mot dropped out of the 1/2 billion dollar deal they had in CDMA .
