This is why we should never torture any prisoner. It puts us at the level of these creeps in the eyes of the world. The reports of US torture are too widespread to be just the actions of rogue troops. We must have not only higher standards than the enemy but entirely different ones. Our treatment of prisoners should be a paragon to the world and anyone who accepts less just doesn't get it.
