pa state political coverage this morning was on medical expense, medicaid... We have 1.7 million people in pa on medicaid and i believe they said it is expected to increase by 35% within next 10/15 years since we have second oldest population in country.(explosion expected in nursing home care and prescriptions. Out of the billions spent in the state on medicare pa picks up about half of the expense and the federal gov the other half.
