We:
1) Put them in Gitmo for processing. Unless these folks are declaring an allegiance to a Nation, with a uniform, they are illegal combatants.
2) We could tear up Gitmo (which cost over $100,000,000,000) and rebuild it here in the US --probably at a cost of more than triple that number (don't forget our unions cost), and put these people in the US. Maybe we could put them near Durbin's home town, or Kennedy's, or Pelosi's, or Byrd's, or Dean's.....Wonder what the citizens of those areas would think about that???
or We can:
Just turn them loose again.
After publicizing exactly who they are and what their past behaviors have been.
