The 'Streeters' and resident SI Stock Snobs often huff-&-puff that all Pinksheet stocks are "..mafia stocks..". Every stock in the world is subject to manipulation. I.e.: Enron, WorldCom, Tyco, even Warren Buffet's 'General Re' - which shows the hypocrisy involved... It just depends on who's doing the manipulating, and how much money and influence they or their group has. Ergo: the recent $2.2 Billion dollar SEC settlements to keep the suits in NYC out of jail over the Enron scandal. Hence, those of us who do fairly well at picking Pinksheet stocks on the verge of moving up and/or up to reporting exchanges refer to them as such - as a joke. And, we get our quotes on them from 'mafia.com'. Considering the higher risks, and the naivete of your questions, are you certain you are ready for this, or can afford to be here? John :-) .
