Dr. Bum et al,

Let's see if I've learned anything at Bum University.

CPN is sitting just above its' 200 dma having powered through it's 20 dma and 50 dma and dropped over three days on diminishing volume.

If it holds above the 200 dma, and makes it up to 3.30 its a buy?

And the target would be the late January high just under 4.00?
