I'm not pointing out the exception Grainne but you go ahead and believe what you will. Your factory farms in WI are at the forefront of dealing with animal waste. 50 cow dairy's can't do that. 1500 cow dairy's are causing less pollution then the 50 cow dairy's at this point. But you are right, all factory farms are polluters.

Since todays cows, chickens, pigs, turkeys, etc are all domestic animals what is it you would like done with them? Let the cow birth in the field and let the calf take care of itself with mom? Mom will be dead in under a week because she is producing a 100lbs of milk and the calf needs 2lbs. She will die a painful death with a swollen mastitis filled udder. Is that what you want? Shall we release the farm animals to roam the world and breed at will? What are you going to do with all of the offspring that are never sent to market? Or do you propose a wholesale slaughter of all farm animals to prevent the population explosion that would happen in your world. Death is better then being penned up I suppose.

You talk a lot but have 0 ideas about what we should all do to live in and achieve your utopia.

Perhaps we should give southern CA to the vegans. That is way more room then they need and they can fence the area off and live happily ever after.
