To ALL - VTEL continues to see better 'positive' on balance volume and as a result the stock wants to move higher.

Here is a recent article that I found quite interesting (March 1997)
govtech.net
From the article:

"BUILDING COURTROOMS FOR THE 21st CENTURY"

"...VIDEOCONFERENCING
Videoconferencing is certainly nothing new, but many courts still haven't adopted it. The problem is that many law offices and courts don't have ISDN lines -- this limits both parties' ability to videoconference, since both sides must have the technology...
Videoconferencing would allow counsel, parties and witnesses to appear from remote sites...An excellent videoconferencing system called the TC2000 is offered by VTEL Corp...."

Did anybody notice the Worldcom purchase today??? I also read that Williams Co. Information Services merged with Worldcom who previously was the company that provided the telecommunication services for many of the CLIX accounts. VTEL needs to work closely with a company like Worldcom so potential customers will not have to worry about tellecommunication constraints (ie. not enough ISDN lines etc.).

I would like to hear something from our management regarding such an alliance.
