Durbin's comments were made on the night of 6/14/05. It looks like the first person to attack Durbin was Laura Ingraham, who has a morning drive-time talk show. She played clips the very next morning (6/15/05.) Looks like Al Jazeera did not pick it up until the next day (6/16/05).

The transcript of Rush Limbaugh's commentary on the 16th doesn't seem to even mention Al Jazeera.

The week before that, Durbin was making nasty comments on the vast right wing attack machine. Whoops.
