He did say that there are plans, as of this month, to bomb Iranian nuclear installations. Bush's lackluster comments this month are directed at the elections which, in response to his belligerence, appear to have a decent turnout whatever that means. Bush hasn't even gone to the Security Council to moan about Iran yet. I guess he counted on having Bolton there AND THIS MAY BE SIGNIFICANT Bush is trying to find ways right now to ignore the Senate and send Bolton ANYWAY. What? What? What? What the blooming heck is going on in that madhouse? Have they completely lost their minds? Did they burn the Constitution? What are they doing?
