Thankfully no, I'm not in charge of marketing or customer support (though I may answer some hard questions that others can't answer now and then) - I comment here when something I consider "invalid" shows up that would make StockCharts seem like it is worse than it actually is. I just write the code - so if your charts happen to turn upside down, you know I'm mad at you ;)
