You are tilting against windmills, Don Quixote. The tax system IS pure manipulation. We've been through this on another thread, but if you want we can go over it again

There is tons of manipulation, far too much IMO, but that doesn't mean that it is at some sort of limit where the manipulation can not increase further, or where there can be no negative effects of further increases.
