Recall in the death threat that the author of the letter warned AZNT that Mike Sylver would be dead in 72 hrs.. Well, so you all know, Mike is still very much alive, thank God! But, there was a break-in at AZNT last night. Here is what I rec'd from Mike this morning;
AT 9:12 PM THE SHORTERS BROKE INTO OUR BUILDING. THE POLICE CAME AND SENT IN THE DOGS. THEY THINK THAT THE SHORTERS PLANTED A BOMB. THEY SENT ME AWAY UNTIL THE BOMB SNIFFING DOGS CHECK IF OUT. THATS ALL I KNOW FOR NOW. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED IN THE AM.
I will keep everyone up to date. Please, be very careful. Remember that Jeffrey Mitchell, tonto (Tod Pauly) & s martin were even able to get my parents phone number & address. My folks have a different last name than me & there number is unlisted! This group is very resourceful So...all shareholders are at risk imo. It is amazing shareholders must endure this type of harassment because they are long a BB stock. I have been pro-active. I have assisted the Business Wire attorneys in their case against Shell & co. I have assisted the Hits Galore attorneys in their case against Shell & co. . Recently I have spoken to a CYGS attorney who is preparing a suit against Shell & co. .
It also MAY be that Mr. Zwebner's TVCP is being manipulated in an effort to intimidate Zwebner now. All remember Dean Dumont threatening not to share important information about Mr. Zwebner if I did not "work" with him against Mr. Zwebner. After that strategy failed, he tried to call a "truce" with me. Of course Dean is unscrupulous and his threats & self preservation tactics fell on deaf ears. Dean Dumont fears me, US, revealing what we know about him, and his ASSOCIATES in a court of law. I have every intention in assisting Mr. Zwebner, as I have Mr. Sylver, bring down those that have hurt these companies & have stolen from investors ON A DAILY BASIS !
I want all of you to understand something. These cretins want to see AZNT CRUSHED! Their goal is a terminal short so they never have to cover. They will use us & spit us out in working towards that goal. As the recent article about Patterson & Pacific Intl. demonstrates, they will put "2 bullets in the back of our heads" if need be.
I truely believe they are MORE rattled than investors or the companies are. Patterson has been arrested, Kiting schemes have been revealed to the investment public. ####, Riley has been telling us about NITE for 3 YEARS NOW!!! These cretins KNOW the walls are closing in. Investigations take time. The federal case, where I gave testimony, will have a ruling shortly. (the same type of kiting scheme was revealed amongst JB Oxford, Canacord, Shoreline, etc..) . How long does Janice Shell really think she can publically defame & liable shareholders, principals & co. 's in public forums w/o suffering for it? Already she is sued by BW, HITT, AZNT will file soon & CYGS is preparing a suit. I am also a plaintiff in the AZNT suit vs. Dean Dumont & Janice Shell. My point is, though it takes time, and it feels like we are never gaining ground, we are! The pressure they are feeling is because they have to account for their malicious actions in a court of law. This is why, IMO, we ARE winning. Desperate people do desperate things. To break into AZNT, to author death threats .... these are not indicators of someone confident they will prevail in court. Witness Dean Dumont. This man IMO will do or say ANYTHING , even allow others to take the rap for him, so he can go on manipulating other BB stocks on a daily basis. The OTC must be cleaned up. Many individuals from the boiler rooms to the message boards have cited investors as no more than prey. Silicon investor is no more than a boiler room imo. I will never post there again! Notice how all these bashers followed us to Raging Bull to continue to harass us & intimidate us. Always remember that they are desperate. How desperate must you be to threaten to KILL someone, break-in to their place of business, then, through Shell & co., continue to degrade those you maliciously abuse? They all must go down and the court room is the place, not the vigilantism of message boards, thats no more than a ####### contest! BE SAFE !!
