The matters are "set straight". You turned down Mr. Sylver's invitation to visit AZNT and discuss the defamation suit at length with him. You talked to NO STOCKHOLDERS who have had to endure a smear campaign against a co. they are invested in, their principals & ourselves, stockholders for 2 years. I saw no mention to the death threats we have rec'd, that AZNT has rec'd, the lawyers, employees & family members.
I saw no mention of the shooting. I saw no mention of the AZNT short position, the DTC freeze of AZNT 's account to halt the stolen stock from being transfered and the short against it naked or the federal case against Mann & the firms that hypothecated the stolen stock. I saw NOTHING about the smear campaign. I saw NOTHING from you that suggested to the investment public that Shell & her goons target stocks/companies they define as "SCAMS' and don't leave until their "job" is completed.
You gave the impression that Shell & co.'s acts are "legitimate: & AZNT's complaint was superflous. That was incredibly irresponsible of you. You seem to follow Shell around like a lovesick puppy, your article was a joke & I put no faith into anything you write. You had a chance to do real diligence & you opted not to, and instead wrote another fluff piece about Shell & her goon squad. Why didn't you mention her being sued by HITT for the same thing, her loss to BW for fraud, her avoiding service in the HITT case, that the Italian address & phone number she claims is her own actually belongs to Gloria Turrin? Do you do any diligence? Did you call the atty general in Sacramento? How about the SEC? The feds? No. ..you called Shell, Pauly & Mitchell.
BTW, read SI rules & see how arbitrarily the rules are enforced and against who. Bob Zunbrunnen was a basher working side by side with your little pals before SI hired him to POLICE the threads!

Not to mention the fake and parody web sites that Shell and company are behind. I recalled viewing the fake AZNT website that she and a few of the other defendants are (were) behind.
I did note that the WSJ article did not mention that Janice Shell and company were sued by Business Wire for placing a knowingly fake press release out on the wire services for a fake company called WEBNODE with fake contracts with real companies. It's was only after the fact that she and others claimed it was a joke. I wonder what would have happened if they were not caught red handed by Business Wire, but Shell and the other Defendants decided to settle out of court after collecting who knows how much money in their legal defense fund from the Silicon Investor message boards.
Please note that this is not the fIrst fake company that Janice Shell and others have built and promoted on the internet stock message boards. There is also the fake FBN Y2K company and website, which is interesting because several ofher business associates and friends are now of the Board Of Directors or Insiders to a so called real Y2K company called Planet City Software (OTC: PINCE.ob). PINC has a somewhat questioned past, and is about to be delisted from the OTC for being non-reporting. There are also the questionable PAID in PINC stock newsletter touts some 6 months ago.
All in all, it does appear that Ms. Janice Shell may have fooled many reporters and professional people with her so called activities to help investors.

Again, what RATIONAL reporter looks at Janice Shell's BODY OF WORK, i.e; cybersmear campaign of AZNT, it's principals & shareholders for the past two years. Her lies about GRAS, Nature's Taste, shareholders recieving compensation, the Mann case, etc., and turns a BLIND EYE to all her activities, associations with boiler rooms, promoters, defendants from the federal case, rouge brokers & lawyers & shortsellers, and writes an article about ANOTHER company suing SHELL without noting anything of significance about her history, activities, who she works in concert with and to what end. Then ...Anders only sources Shell's associates! LOL! Anders article was crap.
