the vast majority of tanking was caused by a long position in a sub-penny, necessary so that I can participate in the taking of a related and mostly private asset/business via inter-locking contracts and death grip agreements the private asset/business has been taken down the sub-penny, trodded on my the selling of residual holding by distressed ex-controlling shareholder, ought to recover due to new asset injection (reverse takeover/backdoor ipo) by the new controlling shareholder it will be all clear when the officialdom approves and all becomes very public, hopefully within 3 mths i hope my google is not a real concern and will not be i figure
