I am not confusing some politician's disingenuous rant with anything. I posted two very long, footnoted articles documenting how American has tortured detainees. Here, maybe you should read it again. Can you point out the politician's disingenuous rant? I don't see one. Message 21407252 You can say whatever you like, but I am pretty sure you will eventually find out that we did torture people, and that the directive came from the top of the Bush administration, not the bottom of the armed forces. I see Bush's popularity is down again, and more and more Americans are against continuing the war in Iraq. I think the administration is in a real mess. The war in Iraq is unwinnable. Those fifty million people we "liberated" are very close to a civil war. What next?
