John, I notice that Bruce is located in Princeton NJ - where Nanergy has an office! I did think that perhaps Kimberly Peacock - the one Nanergy is trying to get a license from - may own the rights, somehow, without having invented the process itself. At least your PR note and the Nanergy involvement is WRT things of a chemistry nature. I did come across a Kimberly Peacock who was the head of an IT/internet service company - who I doubt is the one of my/our concern. But one never knows! I do hope Nanergy issues a clarifying release about this and other matters soon. I'm sure the VCs involved will know all - and so should we!
