So, Durbin is saying that Guantanamo Bay is like Nazi concentration camps because in the NAzi camps the prisoners were starved and many died of malnutrition, and in Gittmo the starving detainees are being well fed with nutritious meals and are gaining weight.

It seems like a reach to me.
