Group extremism involves loyalty to tribe, religion, race, national origin, extreme liberal chaos, extreme oppressive totalitarianism, etc. It is the false sense of devotion to a heritage with in a group that tends to corrupt one to the extreme. ”Infidelity does not consist in believing, or in disbelieving; it consists in professing to believe what he does not believe.” (Thomas Paine) For those who believe that human beings have unalienable rights, it becomes incumbent upon us to support efforts in lands held under our control to champion this cause and in lands held by tyrannous despots to stand for change. Your alliances with mr coug, dipy, or whoever is fairly inconsequential in the light of all that and definitely not a significant factor in my deportment.
