you already posted that you wouldn't sue in this state for that reason. In fact you threatened to sue me in CA originally then sued me in NY. Remember, you swore that you would win yet you lost. And if I remember, the last affidavit has nothing to do with the issues addressed in the motion. It had to do with another issue which isn't even part of the case.
