The likelihood of people being casual pot users who get stoned all by themselves is rare. Getting stoned is primarily a social (party) activity. As such it is likely a gate keeping activity for other substances such as Cocaine and alcohol. I doubt you can find too many cocaine users who do not combine alcohol and marijuana in their party repertoire. This being the case, it becomes a fairly moot point when we are talking 'one for the road' behavior.
