Was interested in attending one or more of the September ITC proceedings. Wrote the ITC concerning that. Their reply.

Dear Sir:
The hearings in Section 337 investigations, which may last for several weeks, are generally open to the public, except when they must be closed to the public when testimony being offered relates to confidential business information. The trial judge makes the decision about when the proceeding will be open and when it must be closed. When sessions are closed, members of the public and others not covered under the protective order are asked to leave the hearing room. More information on what to expect may be available closer to the time of the scheduled hearing.
