In short, this is a zero company but to the Great Helmsmaster the company represents an opportunity for him to give away his control block to a company like "Glazier" that values an otc shell that currently trades and that has a 1 million write off available. The last news release represents the great helmsaster's efforts to find a company with something to takeover a company. These efforts will make it worth it to him to offload existing illegally held paper, if there is any left in his offshore trading accounts and to arrange to have those companies buy new and very cheap paper for giving his legal control position to new group at minimal charge.
