There seems to be an assumption of CYMER maintaining longterm monopoly, but if tiny JMAR's xray litho research on the govt. supplied stepper perform as well as expected, the .18 non-lens focused technology makes the present technology just a bridge until the much smaller lithography becomes commercially available. I'm a JMAR stockholder and would be pleased to have CYMER buy JMAR to protect its monopoly but it would eliminate the free ride monopoly without an expensive buyout. The technology must be very important for military microelectronics because like CYMER, JMAR has great support from the govt and the semi mfr community. Hope your stock firms up.Great company! Don
