lol, blacks are already slaves to the Democratic Party, by the Democrats own design, to have them addicted to welfare checks, no school vouchers to keep them is mediocre or worse useless public education systems. Who is keeping blacks down again? All you have to do is watch the Democrats fight school vouchers tooth and nail to see who the real enemy of blacks are.
