That is strange. As an old convertible arb guy, this should be a golden time. Long term yields are low, so premiums to underlying stocks should be low. And the short sale rebate has increased tremendously since Greenjeans started raising the Fed Discount Rate. Unless these guys are overpaying for the bonds for some stupid reason, I don't get their bad performance.
