re: It seems to have been systemic at Gitmo, and what makes me think they/we have stopped is the passage of time renders the potential benefit of torture moot (the prisoners surely gave up whatever info they were going to give up within a month or so, I would imagine).

How many prisoners have we taken in Iraq in the last 60 days?
