The VIX is indicative of a much larger scale problem for the markets IMO. When that thing bottoms is anyone's guess but the divergence is noteworthy (that being new lows in complacency without new highs in the indices). IMO, the charts, the EPC and the Rydex say that short-term we are not done with up but the next top could be a doozy.
