Amots: As you requested, I gave CMTR a very fast look over. I do not have good news. Technically the stock is not appearing to be basing (I think today's blip was just a weak DCB). Fundamentally, it will take much more than a cursory look, but the few things I found disturb me. The company may have enough cash for about a year, if they do not spend on a major advertising campaign for their home cholesterol test. What worries me, is that J&J a prime marketeer in the field failed to make a go with the same test (they returned the license after two years, and about 2 years ago CMTR started to attempt to market the product themselves).

I do not see what will provide salvation to this company, on the surface, one should assume that home tests of the type they have (Cholesterol, HIV) should be gang busters, but apparently, the market does not think so, and I mean the target consumer market.

Is there anything that the threaders here see as a ray of hope for this company? I happen to be invested in a similar "no hope" situation (AIMM) but atleast these people have a number of years of cash on their hands at their current burn rate, CMTR is getting to the end of the line after spending close to $40 MM and having little to show for it.

Sorry.
