I am not suggesting that DLGC is tank material. I am just not sure that it will see 50 before it settles into the 30's. Just my op. Note that I do not take issue with your prediction for 50.

AS far as the price declines, I believe that they are inevitable. As I stated, we will be selling a CTI product in volume soon. It will support Both DLGC and NMSS. The fact that channels will be able to build systems that work identically with NMSS or DLGC should lead to much more aggressive pricing than would have been possible otherwise.

Relative to DM3, again, we have abstacted the boards. If a customer needs the capacity/performance of Dm3, then they would likely pay a premium. However, both BRKT and NMSS will have PCI T1 boards in about the same time frame, so even the premium boards will face some competition. In a CPE messaging product, board densities are not as important as price since the avg CPE system is only about 32 ports.

My point in the price issue is that with standards emerging, and relatively level features, and an increasing number of players, the pricing of telephony boards has but one way to go.
