...anyone have an idea of what happened today at 3:00pm? 20% of today's volume traded in less than 10 minutes, seemingly designed to go off right at 3:00pm:
139.142.147.22

...that's around $750 million! A strong holding for a large mutual fund would be around 2%, implying a $37.5 billion-sized fund was at work here. The average mutual fund is around $5-8 billion. The largest fund is Vanguard SP500 at $80 billion. I'm not much in the know about how the big boys trade, but it seems somebody dumped a lot, if not all, of their tech holdings in one throw down.

...anyway, closing at that same price area again:

...sox perking up though:
stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyyay[da][pd20,2!b20][vc60][iUk12!Up14,3,3]&pref=G

...everything else looks bearish today.

...still feels good to be short this market.
