Bush didn't care about 911 or Afghanistan or OBL. He still doesn't.

Bush's target from before he ever took office was Iraq and Saddam. ALWAYS.

In fact, the Neocons thought Iraq was going to be so EASY that they even mulled the idea of going there first, before Afghanistan.

Bush doesn't care if anyone ever catches OBL. After all he admits that he doesn't even think about him much.
