re DHB - the stock market is looking forward and my guess is that it is comparing the current order flow rate to the frenzy of orders last year (where it received a 200M$+ order and some subsequent orders in the tenth million of US$). it indeed looks like DHB's business will flatten out once the huge orders from last year are worked off.

FWIW, i don't think it is easy to find stocks with a low PE and accelerating earnings and revenue growth - since almost everybody is scanning for the same companies. From the stocks you have brought up, most are cyclicals (oils stocks like OXY) or are ridiculously overvalued (like HANS).
