Hi!
Here is the tiny bit of info on CIC i have:

According to a research report published recently in Toronto, CIC is expected to break even in Q3/06. Later, in fiscal 2007 the annual EPS are expected to jump up to $0.27 and the price to $CAD 7.00. Is this going to happen? Who knows; CIC have been unable to grow the top line for a very long time. Lately though according to the same report they have dramatically expanded hiring. So, something in terms of better business opportunities might be looming finally.

I would not rule out a take out. After all, CEO I.MacKinnon has a record of turning around small Canadian IT companies and leading them to the logical takeover end. Just remember Promiso Systems. What i do not know is who would benefit from buying CIC? And would their patents and relationship with NSA justify a takeover? Any info from this board would be greatly welcome.

cheers
