Probably today - USA outsources its "harder" prisoner investigations to countries like Saudia Arabia, as a way to circumvent Congressional laws as well as to protect the USA brandname. I hope you do realize that Saudia Arabia is a repressive regime. Am surprised they stooped so low at Gitmo.
