Dear Steve: Relax, In general Ron's comments were well taken however I did not see anything in John Jenkins remarks which in any way represented any kind of SEC violation of information. As to COZY. Some of my best friends were CEO's, that means nothing. It is only if someone acts and derives profit from insider information that laws become violated. You asked some simple general questions and he gave you some simple general answers none of which seemed financial in nature. More in the nature of airing ideas. JDN
