It has to do with the way society acts vs. the way individuals act. Stupid rhetorical questions about personal actions do not make any argument about what a society should find moral or immoral.

Well on your citizens manifesto one of your points is that the more local the decision, the better. What's more local than your own view of something?

Is your answer that you think societies should never condone torture, but an individual's decision to commit torture or not should not be discussed?
