NEWS - Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. Completes $1,000,000 Raise

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2005--Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HISC - News) is pleased to announce that it has received proceeds and has completed the $1,000,000 504 Raise. The completion of the $1,000,000 financing will give Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. the resources to market and fulfill any purchase orders it may receive for its Homeland Security products including the Cyber Tracker and the Cyber Noze.
Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced that it has retained former presidential appointee Barry Bennett to head up its government and international sales. Homeland Integrated Security Systems has opened an office in Washington, D.C. to concentrate on sales to the federal government. Bennett is a former senior U. S. State Department official, and served as Communication Director for President George W. Bush while he served a Chairman of the Group of Eight, commonly referred to as the G8. Bennett will not only direct government marketing efforts domestically, but internationally as well.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems management expects sales to exceed $125 million over the next three years. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be providing the first "Push-To-Talk," tamper-proof unit available on a mass-distribution basis at an affordable cost. Cyber Tracker will be available for government sales and through retail outlets, with plans for deployment in North America by 4th Quarter 2005.
